Custom T-Shirt Manufacturer: Resolve Fit and Fabric Risks
A T-shirt looks simple, but small errors in fabric, collar, fit or print can change the entire result. STX develops these elements together before bulk production.
The Fit Feels Generic
A standard blank may not match the intended shoulder width, sleeve shape, body length or market sizing.
The Fabric Lacks Character
The weight may be acceptable, but the drape, surface, softness or recovery does not support the brand direction.
The Graphic Underperforms
Print thickness, color, stretch, placement or wash durability may not work with the selected fabric.
MOQ Creates Inventory Risk
Too many colors, custom dyeing or complex finishing can raise minimums before the style has been tested.

Yes. Reference images and a description of the fit, customer, quality level and target price can be used to begin an ODM discussion.
Starting bulk MOQ is 100 pieces per style and color, subject to project review. Fabric availability, custom dyeing, size breakdown, printing, washes and labels can change the minimum. Samples are quoted separately; confirm the quantity by color and size before ordering.

Custom T-Shirt Manufacturer: Sample Approval Questions
Which GSM should I choose for my T-shirt?
GSM describes fabric weight, not quality by itself. Compare composition, knit, hand feel, opacity, drape and the intended climate. Request swatches and review the finished sample rather than relying only on a heavyweight label. Use our fabric GSM guide to prepare your brief.
How do I check shrinkage, collar shape and print durability?
Agree the wash conditions, measurement points and permitted change before testing the chosen fabric and decoration. Compare body length, width, collar recovery and print appearance before and after the agreed wash procedure. Consult the GINETEX care-symbol guidance for care terminology; the care instructions for your garment depend on its tested materials and decoration.
How long do samples and bulk T-shirts take?
Indicative sampling is 7–10 days; bulk production is 30–45 days after approvals. Material sourcing, custom colors, revisions and finishing can change the schedule. Confirm sample approval, material readiness, inspection and shipment milestones for your order. See sample development, bulk production and quality control.
Plan Your Custom T-Shirt Manufacturing Project
Connect the fabric, fit, decoration and order plan before approving a sample. The final specification, MOQ, unit cost and schedule depend on your design and material requirements.
Choose Fabric, Decoration and Branding
Review jersey fabric development and sourcing, printing, embroidery and garment washes, ribbing and garment trims, and private labels and packaging. Confirm shrinkage, fit and artwork on the chosen fabric during sampling.
Review Manufacturing References
See our graphic crewneck T-shirt manufacturing reference for fabric, fit and print-development considerations, or browse the manufacturing reference library. References illustrate development options; your specification is confirmed through sampling.
Confirm MOQ, Cost and Production Timing
Read the custom T-shirt MOQ guide and request a project-specific MOQ and bulk-pricing review. Quantity by color and size, material availability, printing, washes, labels and packaging all affect the quotation. Use the manufacturing lead-time guide to plan approval and production stages; confirm dates for your order before committing to a launch.
