Custom Orders
All custom apparel orders are produced based on the specifications confirmed by the customer, including:
- Design
- Size
- Fabric
- Color
- Printing or embroidery
- Labels & packaging
For this reason, custom orders are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once production has started.
We strongly recommend confirming all order details carefully before approving production.
Sample Orders
Sample fees are usually non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.
If modifications are required after sample completion, additional charges and production time may apply.
Manufacturing Quality Issues
If there is a quality issue caused by manufacturing defects, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods.
To help us review the issue efficiently, please provide:
- Order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
- Quantity affected
- Detailed description
After reviewing the case, we will provide a reasonable solution based on the actual situation, which may include:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Partial refund
- Production compensation for future orders
Non-Returnable Situations
We may not accept returns or refunds for the following situations:
- Incorrect information approved by the customer
- Size differences within normal production tolerance
- Slight color variations caused by screen or lighting differences
- Minor thread ends or small non-functional imperfections
- Damage caused after delivery
- Delays caused by shipping companies or customs clearance
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before production or material sourcing begins.
If production has already started, cancellation requests may not be accepted, and related costs may still apply.
Shipping Costs
Unless caused by confirmed manufacturing defects, shipping costs for returns or exchanges are generally the responsibility of the customer.
